I offer many classic and contemporary works of fiction and nonfiction (biography, science, psychology, you name it), and some highly collectible books and other items. Those of you with an appreciation for the visual or fine arts will probably find something you'd enjoy among the many art books I'm offering here on eBay as well (many of the listings include online slideshows of some very choice items; feel free to browse my listings just to gawk at the slideshows, there's no museum entrance fee). Books normally ship Media Mail, usually within 2 business days, which can take up to two weeks or longer but usually arrives within a few days. If you prefer Priority Mail, let me know, or if a specific rate for Priority is included in the item listing send that amount. I know many sellers have said this before, but I can't control the USPS. However, unlike many sellers I will ship your package almost immediately, so you can expect to receive it fairly quickly. I've had an extremely high rate of satisfaction with both domestic and international shipments (check out my feedback). If you are unsatisfied for any reason whatsoever tell me immediately, because... I DON'T BELIEVE IN AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER: If anything is wrong with your order, TELL ME AT ONCE and I will immediately work to rectify the situation. Product replacements (when possible) and refunds are available within 30 days. My packaging is indestructible, I ship promptly, and describe each item in excruciating detail so you know exactly what you're getting (much moreso than most of the sellers I've purchased from)... however, an accident may happen, and if it does I WILL FIX IT IMMEDIATELY. Every eBay experience should be a positive experience. An added note: I have been both a buyer and seller on eBay, and as a buyer I will not deal with any seller under 99% positive feedback unless I am getting a ridiculous deal. The way I see it, you're gambling if you buy from anyone under 99% positive. That's how demanding I am as a customer when it comes to service and satisfaction, and I treat my own customers the way I would wish to be treated in an ideal world (way over 99% positive).
